Do I need a motorcycle license or any official documentation?

We only require a driver's license for street bikes. For all other bikes you just need a valid government-issued ID (driver's license or passport) at pickup.

What's the minimum age to rent?

The renter must be 18 or older. Minors can ride under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who signs the rental agreement.

Can I get suggestions based on my skill level or the type of riding I want to do?

Absolutely. Tell us your skill level and what you're looking for (mellow scenic ride, technical singletrack, motocross track, etc.) and we'll point you in the right direction.

Is there someone I can contact if I have a problem out on the trail?

Yes — you'll get a direct phone number at pickup. We're available throughout your rental in case anything comes up.

Is a deposit required? Is it refundable?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is held on a credit card at pickup and released after the bike is returned in the same condition.

Can I extend my rental while I'm already out?

Yes, if the bike is available. Just call or text us as early as possible and we'll work it out.

Do you require a credit card on file?

Yes, a valid credit card in the renter's name is required for the security deposit.

What am I responsible for if the bike gets damaged?

The renter is responsible for damage to the frame, controls, plastics, etc. that occur during the rental. We walk through the bike's condition together at pickup and return.

What do I do if the bike breaks down or I have an accident?

First, make sure you and others are safe. If anyone is injured, call 911. If only the bikes were damaged, call us so we can send a rescue team.

Are there areas or trails I'm not allowed to ride?

Yes — riding is only allowed on designated OHV trails and motorized-use areas. We'll show you the legal zones and trails to avoid at pickup.

Where do I pick up or drop off the bike?

We're based in Edwards, CO. Exact pickup and drop-off details are sent with your booking confirmation; delivery to your house/rental may be available - just ask.

What do I need to bring the day of my rental?

A valid government-issued ID, a credit card for the deposit, and your riding gear (we also rent full gear if you need it).
